How to order

For new customers: If this is your first order, you must provide your full address (including room number and hotel name if you are staying at a hotel), first and last name, a Thai phone number (the hotel’s number can be used), and confirm that you are over 20 years old.

Existing customers: You can continue to send your order directly to support@haypee.com

Payment information: Choose between bank transfer and Thailand Post COD. Note: If you are not an existing customer, Thailand Post COD may require additional verification. We reserve the right to request bank transfer before the product is shipped in such cases. If nothing else is specified, we will choose bank transfer as the payment method.
