Terms and Conditions

Greylink Company Limited, Tax ID, 01 555 615 4898 (hereinafter referred to as “Haypee”) operates the website www.haypee.com (the “Website”). Through the website, you as a consumer (“customer”) can buy goods directly from Haypee. The general terms and conditions of purchase (“Terms”) stated below apply to all orders of goods that you as a customer complete on the website. By completing your order, you agree to the Haypee Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and agree to abide by them.

Haypee reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes are published on the website and apply from the moment you as a customer have accepted the Terms by completing a new order. Since Haypee has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, you as a customer are requested to review the Terms and Conditions in connection with each new purchase, and to save a copy of the current Terms and Conditions that apply at the time of your particular purchase.

The date of the most recent change to the Purchase Terms is always published at the end of this page.

Personal Data

Haypee processes your personal data in accordance with Haypee’s privacy policy.

Age Limit

Persons under the age of 18 may not order on the website, as tobacco products are only intended for adults (18 years of age or older) and sales are regulated by law. In order for you as a customer to be able to shop on the website, you must therefore be able to verify your identity and age (+18 years), regardless of whether you are buying tobacco products or other products. It is not permitted for anyone under the age of 18 to buy tobacco products.

If Haypee suspects irregularities or misuse of our ordering system, we always reserve the right to refuse purchases. In the event of a report or suspicion that a person under the age of 18 has attempted to shop on the website without authorization, or in the event of a suspicious order in the name of another person, as well as in the event of suspected solicitation or the like, a police report will be immediately filed.

Order and Purchase Agreement

By accepting the website’s Terms and Conditions as a customer in connection with an order, you also confirm that you have read and agree to follow the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

A purchase agreement is entered into as soon as Haypee has confirmed your Customer Order via e-mail or other means. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you specified as a customer in connection with the order. Save this order confirmation for any contact with Haypee’s customer service.

Customer Data

Haypee processes your customer data in accordance with Haypee’s Privacy Policy.

To shop on the website, you as a customer must create a personal user account. Registration of your personal user account takes place at checkout in connection with ordering. There, as a customer, you are asked to provide your personal data to verify your identity and your age. When registering, you as a customer confirm that the information you fill in is complete and correct. Any complications in connection with ordering as a result of incorrectly filled-in information are therefore the responsibility of the customer.

As a customer of Haypee, your user account is strictly personal. As a customer, you are fully responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your login details. If you as a customer suspect that someone unauthorized has gained access to your login details, this must be reported to Haypee immediately. All purchases made with the customer’s login details, as well as any legal consequences, are the customer’s responsibility, if such notification has not been made.

In the event of a report or suspicion that the customer’s user account is being used to attempt to trade on the website without authorization, a police report will be immediately made.

If Haypee suspects that you as a customer are violating the Terms, or that your user account or your login details are being misused, Haypee reserves the right to suspend the customer from the website.

Haypee also reserves the right to assign you as a customer new login details, either at the customer’s request or if Haypee deems it necessary.

Prices and Fees

All product prices on the website are quoted in Thai Baht and include taxes. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are listed separately at checkout. Haypee reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies in price statements in connection with confirmation of your order being sent to your e-mail address.

Special fees may be added when choosing an invoice structure and partial payment (see Payment).


As a customer on the website, you can pay for your order directly via bank transfer.

Delivery and Transport

Please note that Haypee only delivers to addresses in Thailand. Delivery is by Thailand Post.

Items that are in stock are normally delivered within 1-3 working days from when we have confirmed your order via email (see Shipping methods and Delivery times). You as a customer can report any delivery delay to Haypee customer service no earlier than three working days after the order confirmation has been sent.

If for some reason Haypee cannot deliver your order within 30 days, you as a customer will be notified of this and then have the option to cancel the purchase, provided that nothing else has been agreed upon, or that you as a customer can be held responsible for non-delivery. In the event of delayed or canceled delivery, compensation is limited to payment already made.

Shipments are sent to the nearest delivery point. When the shipment is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial tracking number is usually sent to the mobile phone number specified when ordering. In exceptional cases, you as a customer may receive a notification informing you where and when the shipment is to be picked up, either via e-mail, regular mail, or telephone call.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Haypee of this via the contact details provided on the website within 14 days from when you as a customer have received the ordered item (the so-called cancellation period). It is then your obligation as a customer to return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after your message to Haypee about exercising the right of withdrawal. Please note that you as a customer must pay the shipping cost yourself when exercising the right of withdrawal/cancellation and that unclaimed shipments do not count as meeting the requirements for the customer to exercise the right of cancellation.

The right of withdrawal applies under the condition that the goods be returned to Haypee in essentially unchanged and unbroken condition. The right of withdrawal ends if you as a customer break the seal of the product. Sealing also refers to sealed outer packaging, such as taped or glued cardboard. The item must therefore be returned with the seal intact and well packaged.

When exercising the right of cancellation, you as a customer always pay the cost of return shipping. You as a customer are responsible for the condition of the goods from the time you have received the goods, including the risk of damage during return shipping, until they are received by Haypee.


According to current consumer protection legislation, the right to complain only covers goods with original faults or defects and not such things as wear and tear or a durability ‘pass’ label.

If an ordered product deviates significantly from the purchase agreement with Haypee, does not correspond to the description provided by Haypee, or is missing from the shipment, you as a customer have the opportunity to make a complaint according to the right of complaint. In that case, you as a customer must, within a reasonable time from when the error was discovered or should have been discovered, generally considered to be within two months, notify Haypee’s customer service via the contact details provided on the website to report your complaint and receive a return slip.

Haypee therefore recommends that you as a customer always check received goods carefully immediately upon receipt. Since you as the customer are responsible for the risk of returns, Haypee recommends packaging the item for return in such a way that it is not at risk of damage during transport. The product must, if possible, be returned unused and with the original packaging intact.

Haypee reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it can be demonstrated that the product is not faulty or that any damage was caused to the product during handling by you as a customer. For returns received where incorrect complaints can be substantiated according to current consumer protection legislation and an original fault with the product cannot be demonstrated, a fee of 300 Baht will be paid to you as the customer for costs attributable to Haypee in the case, such as administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. The right to complain is valid for a maximum of 12 months.

Advertised goods that have been returned and approved will be compensated by Haypee. In the event of an approved complaint of a faulty product, where you as a customer want a new replacement product, Haypee will send out a replacement product as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, if payment has already been made by you as a customer, Haypee will refund you within 14 days from the date Haypee received the item and approved the complaint. Reimbursement to you as a customer takes place via the payment option that you as a customer chose to use at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed or if there is an obstacle to such reimbursement.

Transport damage must be reported to Haypee as soon as possible, within five days of receiving the delivery, via the contact details provided on the website. Haypee therefore recommends that you as a customer always check received goods carefully immediately upon receipt.

For the fastest possible handling of matters relating to transport damage, we ask you as a customer to keep the product’s packaging for inspection. In the event of a return, you as a customer must be able to prove your purchase from the website through the order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you entered in connection with your order. Depending on the extent of the damage, replacement goods, remedial measures or price deductions are made in connection with transport damage, in consultation with you as the customer. Buybacks only occur in exceptional cases. Haypee is responsible for the return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

Force Majeure

Haypee reserves the right to waive responsibility and the obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement in the event of an impediment resulting from an event beyond Haypee’s reasonable control, such as a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or other extraordinary event, technical problem, failure in electrical/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, failure or delay in services from subcontractors, or due to such circumstances as stated above. Such circumstances release Haypee from the obligation to pay compensation and, in an extension of more than 60 days, gives both you as a customer and Haypee the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Immaterial Rights

The website and its content are owned by Greylink Company Limited. All information on the website is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. Trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, as well as information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from Haypee.


Haypee has the right to publish reviews of products submitted by you as a customer on the website, as well as in other channels and media. Haypee also reserves the right not to publish and/or remove submitted reviews.


Should a competent court, authority or arbitration board find any specific provision in these Terms and Conditions to be invalid or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Applicable law and dispute according to Haypee’s policy, or any disagreement with the customer should primarily be resolved amicably through discussion with Haypee’s customer service or authorized representative of Haypee. In the event of a dispute, Haypee undertakes to follow the decision of a court or arbitration board.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Thai law and should be decided by a general court or arbitration panel.


Haypee strives to always provide correct information on the website, but reserves the right for possible final sales, as well as exemption from errors in product description or technical specifications, for example possible image or writing errors on the website, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding current stock status. Haypee reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update existing information at any time. Image information on the website must be seen exclusively as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to be precisely reproduced.
